TANEF is governed by two honoury chairs who will be legislators and two chairs from industry. In both cases one will be from the European Union and the other from North America.
During their two year terms, the chairs will guide relationships with the North American and European administrations, as well as regularly update the respective parliaments of interests, concerns and progress.
The chairs have been confirmed for a rotating two-year basis.
